Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping from Our China Warehouse

All D1RC x RCRFC orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our China warehouse.

We are now using a new international shipping method for worldwide orders.

Please note that we are no longer using FedEx as our standard shipping method.

Our new shipping arrangement is designed to provide a smoother international delivery experience, especially for customers in the United States.

Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for order processing and fulfilment before your order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is generally 7–10 business days, depending on your country, region, local delivery network and customs processing.

Public holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, customs inspections or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

United States Orders – Duty & Tax Paid Shipping

For orders shipped to the United States, we now use a Duty & Tax Paid shipping method.

This means the applicable import-related charges are already handled under our shipping arrangement.

US customers do not need to worry about additional:

• Import Tax

• Import Duty

• Duty Tax

• Customs Duty

• Disbursement Fees

• Normal Customs Clearance Fees

• Storage Fees related to normal import clearance

There should be no surprise import duty or tax payment required from the customer upon normal delivery.

Your order will be shipped from our China warehouse using our appointed international logistics network, with the applicable US import duty and tax handled as part of the shipping service.

No More Unexpected Import Charges

For our US customers, the price paid at checkout together with the applicable shipping charge is intended to cover the shipment under our Duty & Tax Paid shipping arrangement.

You should not be contacted upon normal delivery requesting additional import duty, customs duty, disbursement fees or storage fees.

New Shipping Method

Our new international shipping method may use a combination of international logistics partners and local delivery companies.

The international portion of the shipment may therefore be handled by a different logistics provider from the company that completes the final delivery to your address.

Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, the final-mile delivery may be completed by a local courier.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Orders to Countries Outside the United States

For countries outside the United States, import duties, VAT, GST, customs taxes, brokerage charges or other import-related fees may still apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.

Unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout or in a promotion, these charges are normally the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order if you are unsure about possible customs charges.

Pre-Order & Back-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we may ship available items first and send the remaining items separately once they become available.

Therefore, if you order multiple products but initially receive only part of your order, please do not worry. The remaining products may be shipped separately.

Separate shipments may also have different tracking numbers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text message, if a mobile phone number was provided, containing your tracking number and tracking information.

Please allow approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch for the tracking information to become active or show movement.

Because our new shipping method may involve multiple logistics partners, tracking updates may occasionally pause while the parcel is being transferred between international and local delivery networks.

This does not necessarily mean that the shipment has stopped moving.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, postal code, telephone number and other delivery information entered during checkout are correct.

As we process orders quickly, there may only be a short period during which we can amend your shipping information before dispatch.

We will do our best to update the shipping information before dispatch.

However, once the parcel has entered the international logistics network, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Additional redelivery, rerouting or return charges caused by incorrect information provided by the customer may be charged to the customer.

Delivery & Failed Delivery Attempts

Please provide a valid telephone number and email address when placing your order so that the logistics provider or local delivery company can contact you if necessary.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the parcel can be received at the delivery address provided.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the parcel or failure to respond to the delivery company, additional redelivery, return or handling charges may apply.

Returns

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item, defective product or another issue determined to be our responsibility.

Please refer to our Refund / Return Policy for complete information regarding return eligibility, procedures and conditions.

Please contact us before returning any product. Products should not be returned directly to our China warehouse without prior communication and return instructions from our team.

Lost or Stolen Packages

D1RC x RCRFC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking system confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with family members, reception, security personnel, neighbours or anyone who may have received the parcel on your behalf.

You should also contact the local delivery company using the tracking information provided and request delivery confirmation where available.

Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control

Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

D1RC x RCRFC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs inspections, flight delays, transportation disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, government restrictions or other logistics-related events.

For orders delivered to the United States, applicable import duty and tax are handled under our shipping arrangement.
